Remember, guys and gals:

Tonight's late-night airing @ 3am EST/2am CST of TOONHEADS spotlights one of Warner's least-celebrated directors - Norman McCabe. I'm just wondering which cartoons will be shown, considering a good chunk of McCabe's work (11 cartoons in all, I believe) is rarely ever broadcast. "Confusions of A Nutzy Spy", "The Ducktators", "Robinson Crusoe Jr.", "Tokio Jokio", and "Hop & Go" haven't been broadcast on TV in years. That pretty much leaves his Daffy Duck shorts (less "The Daffy Duckaroo") a Porky Pig short ("Who's Who In The Zoo") and "Hobby Horse Laffs" which are 'safe' for broadcast...

Wonder what CN plans to air...

"Gopher Goofy" would also be safe to air (I'd love to see them air this one! It's a funny cartoon.). There's also "Porky's Snooze Reel" which he co-directed with Bob Clampett.

I probably shouldn't say anything... Buuut I would tape tonight Norm McCabe Toonheads if I were you. Several uncut cartoons will be screened - possibly tonight only.... You've been warned!

One McCabe cartoon I do hope they show tonight is "Hop And Go", since that's the only McCabe cartoon I have never seen before.

They're actually showing a computer-colorized version of DAFFY'S SOUTHERN EXPOSURE instead of the crappy redrawn version! Have they ever done this before? I thought they only had rights to the redrawn version.

Now they're airing Gopher Goofy in B&W.
