I'm not sure if you guys follow this or if you already knew about this or what, but a Speedy Gonzales story will be the lead in the Looney Toons #80 comic by DC. It'll be a story with him and Witch Hazel. I'm not sure if you all knew this or not, but I guess its a sort of "BIG THING" considering I dont think he's been seen in ANY WB medium (cartoon network or otherwise) for a long time.
Perhaps theyre testing out the water on him since he's been gone for so long, for reactions and stuff.
Hopefully if they get good feedback, they may use him again. Speedy hasnt been in the comics since the late 20's :(
