Which sounds the best? Any match between Joker and Batman sounds good to a prospective buyer.

As for which issue I think will deliver the most, it's hard to say. Big scale confrontations between title characters like Joker and Batman are usually huge letdowns when it comes to Peterson's writing, and odd little tales about nothing in particular occassionally become interesting, so that Riddler/Robin issue stands a chance. I look forward to reading them all. With Ty returning The Batman Adventures to my life, I may not be so harsh on Peterson and Levins' work.

Well, I don't like Creeper and I'm not sure the story sounds all that great, but since #58 is the only one not written by Peterson, I'll say it sounds the best. Story-wise, nobody creates tension quite like the Joker, and it's always nice to see Bruce Wayne have a problem or two out of costume, but with Peterson still at the helm, I don't expect much. In all fairness, he does come up with some decent story ideas, but the execution of those stories is lackluster. But who knows? He may surprise us.
