How do I get a picture onto the site?

I know this has nothing to do with cartoons per se, but how do I go about having a picture like everyone else? I do not have access to a scanner, so what do I do? Can anyone help this most unfortunate soul?

You'll notice an icon labeled, "IMG", that stands for IMAGE. Just click on that and type in the URL to that pic. Example:

http://members.nbci.com/catillaccats/cleo.gif

Actually, I think lislebartman was referring to the images under our user names. Those are called avatars.

First you need to find a small image. Next, go to your "Control Panel" then click on "Edit Options". Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you'll
see an option for Avatar, click on the button that says "Change Avatar". Next, click "yes" under "Use Custom Avatar". Then you can either enter the web address of your picture, or you can upload one from your own computer.
