What's the secret between Link and Zelda? At PlanetGameCube they hinted at something saying in this GBA version that "Zelda is no longer Link's...." what?

What are they talking about?

They're talking about the beginning of the Zelda: Link to the Past, and Link's Uncle's dying words. In the Japanese version, he says, "Zelda is your destiny." In the American version, its translated, "Zelda is your..." which led many to believe that Link and Zelda were related, ala Star Wars.

Whether they are related or not shall be answered in Wind Waker.

Why will it be revealed in Wind Waker?

In the interview it was said that each Zelda game was independant.

When Wind Waker was first introduced with the plot line of Link having to save his "sister," many people automatically assumed that his sister was Zelda, who he's saved in most of the other games. However, the official Nintendo videos revealed that his sister was named Arill, not Zelda.

Whether that pirate chick turns out to be Zelda or not remains to be seen, though...

well I really don't see how we can have a legend OF Zelda without someone actually named Zlda, eh? it just doesn't make any sence. why would Chewbacca, a wookie, live on Endor with Ewoks, it just DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENCE!

Link's Awakening didn't have Zelda and Zelda was only in a flashback in Majora's Mask for Nintendo 64.... I agree though... It is weird to have it called that. Shouldn't it be called the Legend of Link or something? Oh well, if the games are good then it could be called whatever it wants to be called.

No. Arill looks quite similar to Link, with blonde hair and a blue dress. At least, that's what she's appeared as in the official Nintendo artwork. Here's a picture of her:
