I'm surprised this hasn't been discussed before. What are your favourite sports? Which ones do you hate?

I play soccer a LOT, (though I guess it's called football OUTSIDE of America..) but I'm terrible at it, but it's fun anyway...and I play whatever sport my gym class has my class doing at the moment.
I don't hate sports, just not interested in them. I just play 'em to keep in shape...well, the only sport I hate to play is U.S. football, mainly because I keep forgetting the rules...

My favourite sport is soccer. I also play it all the time and I'm good at it. I also like Basketball. Hocjey too, but only watching it (I suck too much at it). And I don't like football either.

I love field hockey!!! I've been playing it since the seventh grade. It's the only sport I play, but I really enjoy it.

Sports I like to watch?? Ummm, I guess maybe baseball. And I like watching pros play field hockey. I really don't watch too many sports. I really don't like watching football, but I will watch the super bowl for the commercials! :p

I don't really do much sports, my favorite from gym class though is dodgeball...

As for watching sports, I HATE watching sports on TV. Its just not that interesting to me. On the other hand I do enjoy going to games, baseball & hockey are the most fun to watch. The thing was baseball though, is that I'd rather go watch the farm leagues than the pros.

I play soccer and have done it since I was 7-8 years old. I'm pretty good at it.
I hate watching soccer on TV and other sprots...besides from x-games
I like watching a "live" game. I guess it's the atmosphere I like

I sometimes like watching hockey and I find basketball to be very entertaining during the playoffs. Many of the b-ball games play like Greek dramas when the stakes are high. Plus, they're fast-paced, and basketball has always been a tad flashy, which I like.

Women's tennis is amusing in that I find the grunts of the prettier stars (Anna Kournikova...) strangely erotic...

NASCAR Winston Cup racing, and yes it's a sport! I love any kind of racing, but NWC is what I really love. My favorite race car drivers include Bill Elliott (NWC), Michael Schumacher (F1), Michael Andretti (CART), Brian Simo (Trans Am), Sarah Fisher (IRL), and many others... I also occasionally watch basketball, but just college b-ball, I'm sick of the NBA- overpayed way too much for what they do....

All sports stars are overpaid. Doesn't cost me a dime to just watch at home, other than for my electric bill.

You can't go wrong with a good game of baseball.unless of course you went to go see a football game..

my favorite from gym class though is dodgeball...

What I wouldn't give to play that in Gym again. I'd really love to hit this stuck-up popular kid in my class, but that's another story. I don't really play any sports, I'm pretty lazy when I want to be. The last sport I played was football, I was the best player on the team (that's not a good thing).

Now I just watch it on T.V., like I said, I'm lazy.

If we are talking about gym sports, then I love to play hockey; because as I play it inside the gymnasium. Shootin the puck against the walls to give it momentum and get it outta your enemy's reach is nice....and ocasionally hitting the stuck-up popular kid with the hockey stick when the gym teacher isn't looking is VERY good too...

I have not played dodgeball in years; what I would not give to play it again...ah, well, you just gotta have some things as memories...:(

Is bowling considered a sport? I rarely get to do it anymore, but I like it. I also like volleyball and basketball, though I'm not very good at either one. Ping-pong's not too bad either. :)
