Man. I feel so dumb now. I've been reading Batman Black and White, specifically the story by Simon Bisley and Neil Gaiman, "A Black and White World."
In it, Batman and Joker play comic book characters.
So, Batman asks Janice, the receptionist, if there are any issues of Newsweek. She replies, "No. Only TIME. Company policy." I never got this until like two days ago.
I made the connection from DC Comics to AOL TIME Warner. DUH.
Anybody else get inside jokes a little late?
