What's there to say about this terrible let-down?

After the amazing Riddler story in #11, here we get a confusing, musically-inaccurate (no doubt) tale that fails to impress or make sense. I mean, how on earth could the musician manage to infiltrate all Nygma's riddles and add clues for Batman into them, if he was locked in a cell the entire time! The only thing that was worthwhile in this story was the mentionning of the Riddler/Joker feud (did Peterson really know that...or did someone tell him  ). Ick.

I think he was the editor of B&R Advs. #5 when Joker tried to kill Riddler.
