RAW preview for Nov. 25
RAW comes to you live tonight from the North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, S.C.!

Shawn Michaels hasn't competed on RAW since late 1997. But that'll change tonight when he steps into the ring for his first RAW match in five full years! In a match fans have been dreaming about, the Heartbreak Kid will put the World Heavyweight Title on the line against the man who became No. 1 contender on last week's RAW, Rob Van Dam! That's right -- the World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line, live on RAW!

Triple H was injured at the hands of RVD at Survivor Series. Is Shawn Michaels, whose own health problems have been well documented, up to the challenge? Find out tonight at 9/8 CT, when RAW airs live on the new TNN!

Speaking of Triple H, what's his status? Will he be at RAW tonight?

WWE.com has also learned that several other matches have already been scheduled for tonight. In fact, every title on RAW will be up for grabs!

In a rematch from Survivor Series, Victoria will take on Trish Stratus -- and the Women's Title will be on the line!

The World Tag Team Championship will be at stake as Christian and Chris Jericho battle Booker T and Goldust.

Test, accompanied by Stacy Keibler, goes one on one with Steven Richards.

In other one-on-one action, Bubba Ray Dudley battles Rico.

And Jeff Hardy teams up with the Hurricane against William Regal and Lance Storm.

Plus, the performer formerly known as Val Venis was spotted talking to Eric Bischoff last week on RAW. Val mentioned that he had a new job and new responsibilities. What was he talking about?

Another RAW newcomer, Dave Batista, got physical with Kane last week. Why? What's the relationship between Batista and Ric Flair?

We'll undoubtedly get more information on all these questions and many more tonight, live on RAW! Don't miss it when it kicks off at 9/8 CT on the new TNN!

I absolutely cannot believe that they got a way with showing Jericho and Christian's junk on tv...I thought I was going to be ill...although I have to admit it was a funny bit

I thought RAW survived pretty good without Triple H. :D I wasn't expecting much from tonight's RAW, but got a lot more instead.

The tag team match was great. I wasn't expecting Sean "Don't call me Val Venis/The Big Valbowski" Morley to come out and restart the match. I'm glad that Jericho and Christian kept the belts, because it would have been too soon for them to get them.

Shawn Michaels new hair cut is interesting, but his interview wasn't. :( He needs to work on his verbal skills. It's not the same as it used to be. The 3-in-1 hallway scene was executed well. Chris Jericho and Christian works well together, and they work well with the Dudley Boyz. I was very surprised to Spike actually pulling off their towels, which was thankfully a far shot. I could make a funny joke about ass cream and ass clowns, but you can insert your own here. :p

The Test/Steven Richards match was good. The backstage scene with Stacy and Victoria was just disturbing.

I'm glad to see the Maven/Chris Nowinski feud continue. I was hoping for them to make it aas a match at Armageddon instead, which will hopefully be hyped. It must have been a very hard book for Maven to get layed out.

The Trish/Victoria was very good. The feud is very interesting, and I'm curious to hear the whole story behind it. The Steven Richards/Victoria pairing is getting.......interesting.

The Hurricane made it to RAW! :) 'Nuff said.

I'm not liking Batista already, because they've already done this before with Brocky. I still don't like Brock, which looks like it will be the same with Batista. Heyman is more likeable than Flair is, though.

The Goldust/Rico match should have been a HEAT match instead. I couldn't really get into the match. :(

I wasn't expecting a good match from an RVD/HBK pairing, but it was surprisingly good. I saw a lot more than I expected from Shawn Michaels, and even though I don't really like RVD, he put up a good fight. Triple H's apperance came out of nowhere, which at first had me very confused. I wasn't confused anymore after RAW ended. :p

Yes, RAW was very good tonight.

I hate the idea of using real names. It's just terrible. Dave Bautista, John Cena, etc. Now we have Val Venis with his real name Sean Mosley. Grrrr. The tag title match was good, though.

The Stacy/Victoria thing was spooky, but the actual women's match was great. Wow, and wow again.

Can Kane get no respect? He has to job to Triple H, and now he loses to Bautista. Nothing big, but for every huge return he has, he spends the next four months losing to everybody....

The Jericho/Crhistian being naked segment was hilarious. I didn't think it would happen, but oh well.

I'm very tainted by the main event. The minute they replayed that horrific frog splash from SS, I knew Triple H would come back to screw them both . Whatever.

Later.

No, this seems completely different. It looks like to me that all of those rumors are true, and that we're seeing the makings of "The Four Horsemen 2003", with Flair, Batista, and presumably, Randy Orton and Triple H.

As for tonight's Raw, I have four comments:

1) I really wanted to be a fly on the wall for this writing session:

Person 1: "Okay, now we'll have Bubba Ray Dudley whip out a tub of ass creme."
Person 2: 'Will it say 'ass creme' on the tub? I will not write anything of the sort unless it says 'ass creme' right on it."
Person 1: "Of course."
Person 2: "Super."

2) Finally. A chick match that didn't suck.

3) I know I'm going to regret saying this, but I actually like Val Venus' - I mena, Sean Morely's - new gimmick. I liked the RTC gimmick in the beginning as well, so it doesn't mean much.

4) Line of the night:

"I don't care about his freaks and his peaks and his geeks and the Iron Sheik." - Christian, on Scott Steiner

Raw was fairly good tonight. The main event wasn't that bad, however the ending seriously didn't sit very well with me, and essentially ruined the entire match.
- I knew that eventually Jericho and Christian would get there towels taken away by the Dudleys. Gotta say it was a funny segment though.
-Victoria and Trish was a ***** match by the standards of the women's division. Makes you wonder how Victoria's title reign will play out.
Guess that's all of my thoughts for today, overall though good Raw.

Jericho and Chirstains' segments look...Naucitaing

Pal Venus (My new name for him) : RTC Was WAY better with Steven Richards on the mike.

Flair and Batista-Brock and Paul except just a little more uglier, and talentless...

The HHH SHow ruins a perfectly good "Icon vs Icon" title bout...

I really liked RAW on Monday and I wish I was here before now, but I guess that’s the way life is sometimes. :( The new Big Question will be up soon, check out my sig if it gets lost. ;)

The Tag Team Title bout certainly was interesting. First impressions put Sean “Val Venis” Morely as another rung in what now becoming an awkward bureaucracy. I just felt it was a bit too odd how he kept coming out. And honestly couldn’t they have come up with something other than his real name? I’ve never felt old school before, but it just seems so unoriginal. Everybody and their mother are debuting under their real name now—it just doesn’t feel right.

“Turn over Bubba, Jericho needs to do the Lionsault.” http://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/sick.gif Man that was obvious. At least the Dudleyz didn’t win. I think they should have been allowed out on their own, but if they’re going to get back together they should at least have to work for it a bit more. Later when Goldust fought I realized that it was probably Booker & Goldust who should have been involved in that storyline. :( Too bad now they have lost their chance—for now.

Christian and Jericho throwing in “Iron Sheiks” when taunting Steiner was great. :D

“Hey my name starts with C too!”

That is a big time move Test has added to arsenal in the past few weeks. It looks fantastic. Not as fantastic as making out with Stacy Keibler on television, okay actually not even close to that. :p

Victoria just gets more evil and more sick every time I see her. And yet I don’t really have a problem with it. This is the most interest in the women’s division from a TV time standpoint in quite a while.

Maven and Nowinski Tough Enough feud is getting pretty interesting. Let’s just say that Nowinski’s comment about Maven’s sick mom accomplished exactly what they wanted from me. :o

Trish and Victoria were putting on a pretty good match and…

THEN A TIMER I FORGOT TO TURN OFF CAME ON AND IF I HADN’T CHECKED IT JUST BECAUSE, I WOULD HAVE MISSED THE WHOLE SECOND HOUR!! :( :o Instead it was about 15 minutes—thank goodness I’m very careful about my taping and had forgotten to check earlier or I would be a lot more upset.

Thankfully the RAW site (http://raw.wwe.com) had videos of both segments so I got to see most of it. I had seen Victoria do the “Widow’s Peak” on Heat (remember stuff happens on Heat ;) ) so I was okay there and I thankfully got see Bubba ask C&C what you do with a jar of that specialized cream—funny stuff.

The tape picked back up when Spike “got the towels” I found the whole story very funny and Jericho and Christian actually getting their towels stolen really added to the comedy. Great stuff. :D

Now The Hurricane is teaming with Jeff? Whassup wit dat?

Why does Regal keep beating people with that stupid kick? It’s no the lease bit believable and yet he and Storm have won three or four matches with that now! It’s just sad.

If you didn’t believe it before, believe it now—Lilian Garcia is a bad ring announcer. That awkward silence before Flair came out? It’s pretty obvious to me that the sound crew was waiting for her to say “and his opponent” that was obviously the cue they were waiting for and they almost didn’t get it. Then she announces Flair like he is Kane’s opponent! We were expecting Batista; she should have been confused like JR & King and not said anything, instead of just announcing Flair like he was the opponent. Where you Howard Finkel? We need you!!

Where did Batista come from JR? From behind. :p

Slick Ric’s one-handed chair shot looked pretty weak. I was a little surprised to see the big man pick up the win, but he’s gotta start beating guys who wrestle outside of Heat sooner or later and I guess now was the time.

Morely has a big plan? Who cares! At least Randy Orton is okay. :p That address again is getwellrandy@wwe.com ;)

Goldust and Rico was obviously thrown together after Booker couldn’t make it since they should have been going after the Tag Titles. I hope The Book is alright by next week.

HBK and RVD gave us a solid main event match that I was pretty happy with. I wasn’t expecting HHH to run out at the end there. Gee that’s quit a few acronyms. http://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/sick.gif
