Launch reports that Thom Yorke, singer for Radiohead, will be the special guest on the Cartoon Network show Space Ghost Coast To Coast on September 2. It's set to air at 11:30 p.m. ET, and Space Ghost himself commented on the show.
"It is evident that the modern German literary tradition encompasses nature poetry and classic narratives of the metropolis more uneasily than any other in 'Knifin' Around,'" said the animated superhero-turned-talk show host. The show has been a staple on Cartoon Network since it premiered and will soon have a spin off featuring castmate Brak. The show is well known for it's offbeat humor and great deadpan executions.
He added, "While the celebration of the pastoral is as old as literature itself, the troubled history of writing on Thom Yorke has become a peculiarly German preoccupation. Exploration of the city, meanwhile, especially the burgeoning Prussian and Austrian capitals, helped to define our understanding of the Bjork."
Space Ghost will also join the new Adult Swim block when it premieres.
