I am so sickened with what Marvel is doing to this title. I'm very surprised they're not starting over with #1 but continue on with #76. I'll pick up issue 76 out of pure curiosity, but the concept of the story and the art really disturbs me. I don't see myself getting issue 77 or beyond unless they return to the format that made this book really good. But they'll just cancel it when it does really bad. That's what'll happen plain and simple.

It's really sad how great this book is/was. When it comes out in December, I'm gonna treat issue 75 like it's the last one, cause man, this new direction will have nothing to do with what they did 75 issues before. Just disgusting.

I, myself, was also wondering how exactly they can make a transition like that. Maybe starting over with a #1 issue would have been a better option, as the two are compleatly off.

Then again, they may be able to. I havn't read the comic in years and don't know how exactly different it is. Just the general premise is way off.

I've asked my comic shop to put #76 in my box, just to check it out on a whim when I read about it in Wizard. I, personaly, think that instead of using new characters in a gritty subtext, it would be better to use more off-the-wall, rather embarasing villians (The Kangaroo, Spot, M.O.D.O.K.) in that style, but make it a comedy book. How they couldn't fight hero's, so they might as well fight themseves, which they still can't do right. Maybe fill the void of the comedic value book now that Deadpool is gone.

I will not be getting this book, I flipped through a couple of pages in the latest issue last time I went to the comic book store and was horrorifed beyond belief with on what they are going to do with it. I might pick up issue 76 just for the fun of it but don't count me in on buying it.
