DVD.....Friday????

What's the deal? The major titles this week are streeting Friday instead of the traditional Tuesday. And I already know they are doing this with Shrek. Is this going to be a continuing trend in the home video industry, or is this just a quick sales gimmik to pull more attention to these titles?

Probably both, and this will work. People on the way to see moves on the weekend can swing by and pick up new releases, something that I'll likely end up doing. As long as they come out I have no qualms.
