Danny Hanson has Jungle Fever, but I'll get to that later.
I think a more appropiate title should have been "The Slow and the Curious" (laughing). I say this because first, there were rice-burners. Second, why did they say Hondas have too much power?? Looking at the engine the guy was working on, it didn't even have a Supercharger, more less a Turbocharger w/ an intercooler. And i am very confident that the engine was not re-built (based on a highschool students budget). As for the aerodynamics Zach mentioned, there wasn't even a body kit, at most he had a Carbon fiber hood. He should of had an aluminum GT spoiler, a front spoiler and rear air defuser. Sorry to go off on a tangent like that, I just feel passionately about that. Plus that is not the way you street race, and they only hit 80 mph (I think), amatuers.
Back to Danny. Marla is convinced by Steve to get Danny to drop the grievance. So she pretends that she has sexual feelings for him. She even said she has a panda doll that she pretends is his butt. Oh boy, lol.
Ronnie is hopefully getting over loser depressor Harry Senate. Althoug, I don't like the fact of whom she might like. I wish this guy would just shave. I'd take Ronnie anyday :D
Lipschultz makes hie return. Man, I love this guy. Especially when he was talking to Ronnie about the writings on the bathroom walls, that was good stuff. I erally like his character.
Guber doesn't get suspended.
Next week, Danny gets knocked out and there is sex going on at school  :o . Should be interesting.
What are thoughts on tonights episodes?

Danny and Marla sitting in tree, noooooo. Remember how I threatened to walk out if they started dating. I'm walking towards the door... :(
Awwww, I wanted Guber to get suspended. Kids don't have the power after all. Who did that little girl think she was, telling Guber she can do his job. I found it hilarious, but if that ever happened at my school, she would have been suspended.
Harvey's insurance pitches were classic :D .
Next week promises some good stuff...
Later.

Good episode. It had some much-needed humor, with the Danny/Marla storyline. His reaction when she said she wanted him sexually was priceless!

I laughed my ass off at the Marla/Danny thing. Unfortunately, if you watched the scenes from the next episode, you'll see it becomes another dramatic piece when Marla punches Danny out.
Really, they're repeating the Lauren/Harry thing with Ronnie. I wanted to see them pull it off. Or at least have a longer relationship. But then, I hear Nicky Katt won't be showing up for the rest of the season. Who else misses the old Harry Senate? The one with the gun.
Joey McIntyre has no business on Boston Public. How many lines did he have? Two?
Harvey was hysterical selling life insurance. Good thing they're moving back to the comedic aspects of the show.
I'm starting to think Ms. Suitor really is gay...
And Carla de Liza (sp? actual name?) is just plain annoying as a student secretary. She was much better on So Weird.

When compared to last week and the week before this is probably the weakest of the three, but it was still pretty good.
I always like Harry, but he really is just on the downward spiral and it's a wonder he hasn't completely burned out yet. Ronnie seems to be wasting her time with him as much as I thought they would be good together. She really seems to get along with Zach and if it's meant to go somewhere I hope she'll let it.
This is Boston Public, which means "street racer boy" will be dead by the end of the season. :( Some kids just don't get it. Zach and Colin should really be "teachers" and not "friends," there's a respect issue there that those two aren't getting from the students because of it.
Danny and Marla. :D This could be interesting, but I don't want them to really be together.
Scott just made a mistake, he shouldn't have gotten in huge trouble because of student actions and it was really nice of Steven to stick up for him.

Guber's a tyrant and has a stick permanently stuck up his anus. If he were real, I'd like to have seen him suspended.
But he is so vital to Boston Public, I couldn't imagine the show without him.

Thomas Newman. He also did Cathedral from the Road to Perdition soundtrack. Good composer.
EDIT: Oh, and I got that off of the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com). That's a VERY informative site.

Monday was the most they have ever mentioned Lauren. Does anyone know why she and Louisa are missing? I tried doing a net search and came up with nothing. :(

They haven't mentioned anything about Lauren, but they said something about Louisa leaving. They didn't say why though.

Last episode, they mentioned the Lauren-Harry thing and Harvey Lipshultz spoke about her almost being shot in the head. They haven't given a reason why she hasn't shown up. Louisa was compared to Marni (is that her name?) in the first ep of the season.
My guess is the actors left and the writers haven't bothered explaining the characters disappearance. Apparently teachers just...up and leave.
