I'd basically like to see a DVD with plenty of original, unedited H-B episodes, along with 3-4 Gene Deitch T&J's, and another 3-4 Jones T&J's.
I want to see more letterboxed T&J's as well.

Hopefully I won't have to dream about it, I may be seeing the Tom & Jerry ultimate DVD set in my near future. I have ordered it from a Japanese DVD import dealer through the internet..... And although it is NTSC, it's also region-2 (I have an all-region DVD player). :D
These are two boxed sets called "Tom & Jerry Encore Box" Vols 1 and 2, which contain pretty well everything on the 10 Japanese DVD disks released last year, including original versions of "Saturday Evening Puss" and "His Mouse Friday" (so there's a slight zoom at the end.... I can fix that), plus a whole mess of the Chuck Jones and Gene Deitch cartoons as well. AND if that weren't enough, each disk also has one Droopy cartoon on it as well (10 Droopy cartoons in total? The odds for a cleaner version of "Good Deed" are in my favour!!) Unfortunately for me, I don't have a complete cartoon listing of the contents, but I have seen what is on the first six disks which was enough to sell me right then and there..... anything else is just plain icing on the already delicious cake!!
Here's a link to where they can be looked up:

I'd like to see the entire Tom and Jerry film library from 1940-1967 as well as 1975's Tom and Jerry Show and 1980's Tom and Jerry Comedy Show eventually make it's way to DVD, but I guess that's not likely.
