how do we get those little pictures under our user-name in each post and how do we change our title? (because having "newbie" under my name is a real drag...)

For the 'member' text, you must wait ten days until you have signed up. Then go into control panel and you can change it....
...for the avatar, I think you need to resize your pic, and type it up as a JPG image....maybe someone can help out on the avatar deal. But you can make up an avatar immediantly! :)

here are my own directions that I made up and keep handy:

Go to CONTROL PANEL

Then to EDIT OPTIONS

Find

Avatar
More info...

Then, to the right of Avatar More info... it should say "Change Avatar" Click it. Let it load, then browse your PC for the avatar you wish to use. then click "submit modifications" and your set to go!


Go to CONTROL PANEL

Then EDIT PROFILE

Then find:

Custom User Text:
This is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts.You may enter up to 30 characters.Check the reset box if you wish to use the the default title for your usergroup and post count.HTML is not allowed.

And put in what you want!

There they are..hehe.
