It's an avatar, and the way you resize it is to use any graphics program that allows you to save files as jpg or gif. You can resize it in there. The way I do mine, I find an image I want on the net, save it to my downloads folder, open up the large image in Corel Photo Paint, point and drag my mouse to select the part of the image I want to copy, copy it, and then I open up a new file with the dimenions 1.0 by 1.0, pretty small. I choose paste, paste the object as new, and then I resize it into the 1.0 by 1.0 box. I save it as a jpg, with a file quality of 14. It makes a great avatar every time!

But even if you don't have Corel Photo Paint, any good graphics program will allow you to resize a picture in a similar fasion.
