You know the small text right above the avatars? That says "Member" in most cases? How do you modify that?

Go to your Control Panel and click on the tab Edit Profile. Scroll down a bit and you'll find the section 'Custom User Text'. Enter your new title in the text box and click 'Submit Modifications'.

Umm...errr...maybe it's just me, but I don't see that section anywhere on my control panel, even under edit profile. :confused:

How far down is it supposed to be?

You have to wait ten days as well as having ten posts before you can change your text. I once had the same question as you....
....but once ten days past, do as Danielle said, and your new text will appear.
