Last I heard it was "early 2003". I'm surprised there hasn’t been more publicity for it. DCcomics.com hasn’t even mentioned it lately either, or if they did I missed it.

Oh, coolness! So what's the spin on this title? What theme are they working with?

And does this mean the BRAVE AND THE BOLD title isn't going ahead any more?

It was my understanding that the new "World's Finest" series (or whatever it ends up being called), would be similiar to the Batman/Superman stories Loeb & McGuinness already did, like in the Lex 2000 one-shot and Superman #168:

BRAVE AND THE BOLD was officially ditched by Kevin Smith when he went exclusive with Marvel.

Why was that? I heard he bailed on his writing duties with GREEN ARROW, too. *SIGH* I never read that comic myself, but I heard his issues were great.
