Edit in WOTTA KNIGHT?

In the Popeye cartoon, WOTTA KNIGHT, was there something cut after Popeye is sitting in the bucket of water? It abruptly cuts to Popeye riding on his horse again after that.

The Censored Cartoons Page says that cut out in "Wotta Knight" (and the cheater "Penny Antics") is somebody hitting a black guy on the head instead of a bell.

This actually happened twice. The first time, the black boy got conked; the second time, he quickly put a frying pan over his head that absorbed the blow.
