I was wondering who your favorite mini-character (non-star) on ASC was. There won't be nearly enough room here to list every concievable option, so I took the liberty of choosing the ones I found the funniest. Please post why you think your choice is the best.

Did you mean Tad Ghostal or Space Ghost's evil twin with the goatee, Chad Ghostal?
I can change it if you want.

"Walter, I'll vote for you if you vote for me!"
"Okay, Perry!"

HEY where's Leonard Ghostal?
He's the man "OOOHHHHHH YEAH"
"Why 10 Years ago, I'd put your head in a half nelson, twisting it around, saying each letter of the alphabet on each turn, until I reach the first letter of my true love's name, (That'd be the lovely Elizabeth.) Then I'd RIP YOUR HEAD CLEAN OFF, and ROLL IT DOWN THE PIKE, LIKE A BOWLING BALL."
I mean what a Great line
and
"You ever slam one of your little school friends into the mat and watch as their eyes roll back in their head like some kind of freak?"
Man, I'd hate to have to go mono y mono with the Grey Ghost

Of the ones listed, I wouls definitely say the frenchman. Seriously, that was one of my favorite moments from sealab. "I think he's just here for atmosphere."
Walter and Perry are funny, but I guess I'm just sick of them. I haven't seen tonight's episode yet (I taped it) but I read that they were not on it, thankfully.

It's definitely pronounced as if you were saying that males speak, as in "Men Talk," but I'm not sure how it's spelled. I tend to use Mentoc, I've seen Mentok, Mentawk, Mentalk, etc. etc. etc....
Anyway I was torn between Thundercles (another spelling I'm not sure on) and the Bailiff, his back-and-forth with Mentoc (sp?), as illustrated in yesterday's episode, is hilarious.

Defintely Thunderclese. The guy is a walking weapon plus he's cool at how he controls situations. Chibi-Thunderclese is sweet too!

Thundercleese blows up Zorak. Blowing things up is cool. Thus... Thundercleese equals cool
Voted for Other and wrote in Raymond from Space Ghost: C2C. That kid cracked me up during the few episodes he appeared in. Coach McGuirk and Leonard Ghostal come in at a very close second and third place for me.

I voted other because I have two favorites:
Jimmy the Idiot Boy from "The Ripping Friends" (On "Ren and Stimpy" he was on the Spumco production card that read: "Spumco: The Danes Call It Quality")
Carl from ATHF

I think characters like Carl and Coach McGuirk aren't really considered "minor chracters." Sure, they're not the main characters, but I think "supporting characters" might be a better descriptor of them.
Anyway, as for "minor characters"...I'd have to go with Walter and Perry. They always make me smile, even when they're annoying.

The Moon Rulz #1!
How could you leave the Mooninites off the poll? They have 5000 dimensions, are excellent spellers, and don't forget the Quad Laser! The bullet is enormous there is no escaping! Jumping is useless!

1. Coach McGuirk. Easily.
2. Carl (ATHF)
3. Carl Bitterman
4. Walter & Perry
5. Jim Kuback (not REALLY a supporting role, but close enough)

Coach McGuirk (Home Movies) and Carl on ATHF are basically main characters... I wouldn't even consider them supporting characters because their role in each show is so major.
What I meant by minor role is just that. Supporting roles are the guys that you barely notice when they're there (unless an episode is centered around them), but you notice when they're missing. Minor roles are the guys which we barely notice even if they're gone.

I hear ya. I'm a little less constrictive in distinguishing the "minor roles". I kind of blend "supporting character" with "minor role", even though they're hardly the same thing.
As for MINOR roles, here's the new list:
1. The Mooninites. PERIOD.
2. Walter & Perry (We hope you turn blue......Becasue you can't breathe..Man that killed me)
3. Gus and Wally (I know they ARE in every episode, but their parts are usually pretty small. Generally one solid line from both of them per ep.)
4. Brak (his few appearances on SGC2C are classic...Somebody say BEANS?)
5. Fenton (RICE flavored!)

Thunderclese . . . Or the Frenchmen, the characters from Space Conflict From Beyond Pluto too, I'd say carl but he is definatley a major charcater of ATHF.
