Question about SUPER POWERS TEAM on CN

I see some episodes of SUPER POWERS TEAM with Firestorm will be airing on Cartooon Network-- can anyone tell me:

- how many episodes were produced? I count 16, but were they all 15 minutes, meaning there are only 8 half hour shows?

- Does Cartoon Network air all SUPER POWERS epiosdes? they have a nonsequential airing in the 5am sunday boomerang slot

Honestly, I don't really know. However, I would not be surprised if that were to be the case. If my memory isn't playing tricks on me, I think Firestorm might not have come along in Super Power Team's initial season, and at the time, most Saturday morning shows were making 13 shows per season, or having 13 shows the first season and 8 shows the second season. (For example, when the Super Friends were made, most shows were doing 32 episodes in the initial season, and renewed for 16 episodes the second season, for 8 episodes the third season, and then all reruns the fourth season--when they were renewed at all, which was very rarely.)

All 8 half-hour episodes of The Super Powers Team Galatic Guardians have aired on the Cartoon Network, however only 2 half-hour episodes of the preceeding season which introduced Firestorm, Superfriends: The Legendary Super Powers Show, have aired on Cartoon Network. Supposedly, the other 6 episodes, which made up of 12 eleven minute segments, was supposed to be a part of The Superman Batman Adventures package that started to air on the USA Network and is currently on CN and Boomerang but to my knowledge they haven't aired as part of that package on USA (I was a faithful watcher when it was on USA), CN, or Boomerang. Currently, Cartoon Network is only airing the Filmation segments of that package, leaving out the Superfriends segments completely. Does that mean Time Warner has something planned for the Superfriends or they only took the segments out because a lot of Superfriends fans are dissatisfied with the presentation of the Superfriends episodes in that package and decided they rather not air them at all? Only time will tell what's the reasoning behind it.

I do rememer seeing an origin episode for firestorm, where our heroes discover his duo idenity and how he got that way, but they have never aired that episode on CN to my knowledge.
