View Full Version : Help finding the name of an anime movie

I watched an anime movie a few years ago on video. I'd like to get it again but I can't remember its name.

Here's what I remember: The world has been overrun by robots. They've enslaved the humans. Only one guy who is half-human half-robot can stop them. I think his name is the name of the movie.
It turns out his dad made the robot to protect the environment. Near the end he says, "I am your son twice over." or some thing to that effect.

Definitely Cashaan, one of my all time fav. guilty pleasures. It's available on four OAV videos, but it was released by Streamline, so no DVD, unless ADV or Pioneer got the rights to it after Streamline went under.

Galaxy Express? No, probably not someone told me that that's what the movie was about but they might be wrong.

Yeah! that's the name I couldn't think of! Thanks a lot for your help, MDawg957, Desslar, Zoddman, JohnCrichton, I.R Joey, and everyone else who spent a few of their precious minutes trying to think of the name.

PS:Sorry about the delay answering back to the thread. My computer was offline for a while. I know how it feels when you help s/o find an answer and they don't acknowledge it :mad:
