You should also include your payment of $4.95 for the Introductory offer plus $3.99 shipping and processing. Tax in states where applicable, should also be included. If you prefer credit card billing, please indicate your credit card type, number and valid expiration date. Future volumes will be sent every four to six weeks for the low price of $19.95, plus shipping, processing and tax in states where applicable.

I was considering trying to get the VHS set for a few months already, but never actually attempted. Since it is coming to DVD in only a few months, I will wait, for now. The next opportunity will not be passed by. :)
