I've got school from 8:30 to 9:30, so as soon as I get out, I'm on my way to see the movie I've waited MANY months, maybe even a year, to see. Anyone else seeing it today?...

I can't see it till the weekend, my school takes up alot of time. I can't even post as much because of it.

I'm gonna see it today. I'm more interested in Eliza Dusku than Shannon Elizabeth. I thought her presence was the only thing that elivated 'Bring It On' above mediocrity (she's Faith on Buffy.")

The movie critic in the local paper gave it a bad review, said this is what happens when good directors try bad things. But whoever listens to critics anyway?

I am definatly seeing it this weekend. I would go see it tonite but I got other plans. I hope to se eit this weekend. This is my last weekend before University starts and I wanna do something fun...
BTW - MY local paper gave it 3 stars, calling it "hilarious" and "just what the summer needed".

I just got back from seeing the movie, and I have to admit, you need to have seen all the movies to get all the jokes. However, I still loved every minute of it.

Hmmm..maybe I'll see the new Freddie Prinze Jr. movie instead of Jay & SIlent Bob....hmmm...
JOKING!
You better believe I'm seeing Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back. I'm a pretty big Kevin Smith fan who dug all his four previous movies, Chasing Amy being my favorite.

I plan on seeing it tonight. And as a sidenote, I saw Clerks the other day for the first time. I loved it! But Mallrats is still my favourite.

Nope, nto planning on seeing it today - I already saw it last weekend! :P
I thought it was a funny movie, but not my favorite of Smith's flicks. I'm not a big fan of "richard" and fart jokes, and this movie is loaded with 'em. If that's your sort of thing, you'll love it!

I saw it last Saturday night in a sneak preview. THE funniest movie of the year. I also loved the various references, including a hilarious sequence where Jay and Silent Bob hitch a ride in the Mystery Machine. The scene is rife with jabs at "Scooby-Doo". I'm glad to see that I have an ally (and what an ally!) in my "I just know that next year's 'Scooby-Doo' movie is gonna suck" campaign. At least, that's what I think.

lonestarr29, I'm in the same group. That movie is gonna suck so bad, but on the plus side, maybe it's the career ending movie for Prinze, Lillard, etc... :D
