Who's in YOUR superteam..?

OK, imagine this. Your city, or town, or wherever, is under threat from a horde of evil varmints who wanna pillage and destroy and eat your family - so which seven heroes are you gonna round up to protect your home..?

Just to add a bit of spice, let's try and avoid just a random list of your favourite characters, let's try and have some thematic answers (y'know, like all girls, all robots, all characters with a limb missing, or all starting with 'A'... you get the idea!)

As always, I'll get the ball rolling. Here goes:

Frozen's Female Furies

The Black Widow (gotta love ANY red-head in a black leather cat-suit...)
Seung Mina from Soul Calibre (anybody who can beat Cervantes with just a stick has got to be some use...)
Lara Croft (tougher than old boots - and smart too!)
Wonder Woman (Jeez, she could probably take on the bad guys single handed...)
The Black Canary (two words: "Mmmmmmm... fishnets.")
Mara Jade (I say again - ya gotta love ANY red-head in a black leather cat-suit... especially if she's got a light-sabre and Jedi powers AS WELL!)

And the leader of my brave beauties:

Colonel Nick Fury in drag (yeah yeah, I know he's a dude - but just imagine the comedy value of old Nick in a frock...)

Ooh! I had to do this for a contest before. We had to make a team of superheroes, go against someone else's team and write a story about how you beat them. Most creative story wins.

Here was my team (It appears "random", but it's just what I thought was a well-rounded team)

Blossom Utonium
Batman (Beyond)
Professor X
Escaflowne (and driver Van)
Three original characters: Lily (Titan AE RPG character), Fleur de Nuit (sorceress), Kayla (Genetically engineered soldier)

If I were to have a superteam, I'd use all the ridiculously overpowered people: Superman, all three Powerpuff girls, couple guys from DBZ, Apocalypse

The problem with my list though is that most of the charecters are super powerful, and if they don't hold back could probably end up destroying the planet they're trying to protect.
