That bit in Knightfall? Well, the second in my nasty beatupbatman images (the former being Dredd giving Batman a piggyback) we have Bane breaking Batman. That was an image I'll never forget in my history of reading comics....

yep, that certainly hurted..

Hey, Great job, but, although it gives the picture a cool view, wouldn't it be better if his cape was down?

I know that keeping it like that it also gives the idea that he's breaking batman in this very moment, and that's what I liked about it, but I don't know, maybe just not that higher.

But it doesn't matter, I liked anyhow

 Batman getting majorly, overly, ultimately screwed does not even begin to describe that pic. Amazing job once again SJJ, *applauds*. You going to color it at all?

Yep. Already started it at the flat, however I thought I'd post it BW style since I think it works like that.

As for the cape, the upward flow of the cape was intended mainly for composition, but also to imply he was being slammed onto Bane's knee - but point's taken and I will have another look at the picture from a cape perspective!

I'll get it hosted on my webspace once I've coloured it, I didn't realise that yahoo! restricted vistors views of the pictures...

Great job, SJJ! But, it really makes me cringe. The cover art of the issue where Bane broke Batman's back had the same effect on me. But, now I know he recovers, so I'm cool with it. :)

I remember seeing that issue at my best friends house and it really made me cringe. I just knew Batman would never be the same after that...
Your drawing has that same effect on me SJJ meaning you did an EXCELLENT job! Have you ever considered doing a comic book with your own characters? I'm sure you'd be a hit^^
Once again SJJ, I enjoy seeing your art, keep up the awsome work.

See ya!

Aw, shucks. That's soo nice. :) Yeah I have considered doing my own - well, someone has asked me to draw an amateur comic. Any work I do, you'll be the first to see!

Hey SJJ, I think it sucks!

...sucks to be Batman in that situation, that is. The drawing rocks - Batman looks like death and Bane (who actually looks kinda slender here) looks like evil incarnate. I love it!

WOW! It is amazing. It is hard to believe that you alone, drew that.

Wow! Disturbing, yes, but very evocative and well-done!

Thanks dudes. I've uploaded to a different server now so I can just show the pictures here rather than just a link! Enjoy!
