Actually, I don't consider them "reserve" Memebers, but more like allies of the JL. If something were to happen where 2 or 3 core members were injured or missing, then I can see where Metamorpho, Arthur, and /or Etrigan would be asked by the remaining members to help out. However, this also brings up the question of why would these guys be reserves before previously established characters in the animated continuity such as Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, Kyle Rayner, Supergirl, and Steel. Just my own opinion though.

P.S. Hey storm. I was just wondering, by the Demon you meant Etrigan, right?

I considering them allies. I dont think the demon would join the League or Aquaman for that matter but i do consider them all allies of the League's.

After reading the new JLA Comics, I have to say Etrigan would be a good allie to the Justice League in time of need, but in TAS version no way.

Aquaman needs to be on the league, the Core 7 have has changed and it is just sad. Like Etrigan Arthur would have to lighten up on his fellow leaugers but have that bad-ass attitude to the bad guys. He would have to rule the Altanian Empire and fight evil at the same time but that would be a perfect set-up for some character devolpment.

Metamorpho needs to go in with the JSA or something, as a great man once said "No membership for you! Come back one year!".

Etrigen and Aquaman wouldn't fit in as a leaguer.Metamorpho on the other hand really SHOULD be on the league.Come to think of it,his unique powers would benefit the league far more than flash or hawkgirl's do.And it's not like he can go back to normal life,so he has NO reason whatsoever of not being in the league.And eight members would be better than seven anyway.Even numbers are cool.

I would consider Etrigan and Aquaman to be more specialists than members...when it comes to Arthurian lore or darker occult stuff, the League can call on the Demon. Or if a particular operation required some subsea adventures, then Aquaman is right up their collective alley to lend support.

Metamorpho, on the other hand, would be a good addition to the league. He wouldbe a perfect foil for the Martian Manhunter (whereas J'onn has no home anymore because he is the last of his kind, Metamorpho is set apart from his family because of his condition).

Like someone said, I'd consider them more allies.

Except Etrigan. Jason Blood is a potential ally, but I don't think Etrigan really cares what happens to the Justice League. He likes Batman (who is driven by demons of his own, so to speak), but I don't think the demon would care if something nasty happened to the rest of the league.
