I heard something about Nightwing doing a small guest shot of some sort, but I'm not sure if it was comic or animated.

Anyway, we already knew the unfair and ultimately evil treatment of Batman Beyond by those rats at WB was tragic, but that is a new bit that wears an even deeper hole in my chest. :( Looks like we got our closure for BB. They never said it was gonna be pretty closure....

I agree with ya Nightwing. It sucks that we won't get 100% closure. I'd love to see those plot points animated but the likely-hood of the is slim to none.

I am really surprised a Nightwing DTV hasn't been seriously proposed and put into the works already. The character can hold his own title, why not his own DTV?

This is really a shame. I think they kinda owe it to us to at least explain the fate of Robin (I)/Nightwing/Dick Grayson. Something besides he got tired of living in Batman's shadow and was hurt when Barb stayed with Bruce. Besides those are all events from Old Wounds.

I really can't picture Nightwing taking the time to train someone. He used to be so solo in his work. He never wanted help.
