If anyone reasonably close to Jersey City is interested, the Loew's Jersey theater there has a couple of vintage cartoons running later this month. On Friday, October 25, the Tom and Jerry cartoon "Fraidy Cat" will be shown along with KING KONG. On Saturday, October 26, a newly restored print of the Casper cartoon "Boo Moon" will accompany GHOSTBUSTERS. All 35mm prints.

Once slated for destruction, the Loew's Jersey is a restored movie house specializing in big-screen showings of older films.

LUCKY S.O.B.!!!! Wish some of the movie houses here in the Chicago area did that...most of our older large movie theaters have been converted into little multiplexes...

What can I say -- money talks!!!
