am i missing any? i heard livewire was created for the series, but for some reason i always assumed she was from the comics up untill i heard this, which i heard today. anyone know for sure?

Yeah, she was created for STAS. Supes was in desperate need for more female villains.

Actually, THE CLOCK KING isn't a BTAS original. The Clock King is a real villian from the 70s that was just really, really, really bad. The BTAS totally did him over.

Didn't a character called the Clock King appear in the 60's TV series too?

Is it just me, or could they have made the Clock King a very cool character for TAS if they approached him differently?

I thought the animated CLOCK KING was great! Much better than the hokey, cheesey, and laugfhably bad version from the comics. The comic version wore spandex and had a clock for a face!!

The animated Clock King reminded me so much of the animated Riddler though...

I could be wrong but I don't think the BTAS team created Lock up. I know he has been in the comics before. I'm not sure.......

wait never mind I was wrong I just checked www.batmantas.com his first comic appearace was in Batman 597 1996. I guess that's another character that crossed over into mainstream comics.
