Who DOESN'T love "Der Fuehrer's Face"? That's what I voted for.
When Der Fuehrer says, we is the master race, we HEIL, HEIL, right in Der Fuehrer's face, not to love Der Fuehrer is a big disgrace, so we HEIL, HEIL, right in Der Fuehrer's face!
"Commando Duck" or "Reason and Emotion" would be my second choice.

I'm with Thad
"Der fuehrer's face" is the best there,it really does mix humour and propergander very well.
I think that "Education for death" is really upsetting, its funny for half of the cartoon then suddenly it goes all bad :(

The name of that site is Chopped, Lopped, and Cropped Scenes. It was originally written as an article for the Persistence of Vision
magazine.
It can be found here (venus.aros.net/~pov/issue08/censorship.html)

I've only seen "Der Fuehrer's Face" and I think it's a great cartoon! It really skewered Hitler and his twisted thinking! Plus it was very well animated, scored and directed.
I hope Nelson read his email today, because I'd really like a copy of "Commando Duck" to add to my collection!:D
I hope, I hope, I hope......

You're Welcome & Thank You.;)
I chose "Der Fuehrer's Face" too, I've seen all but SPIRIT OF 43, THE WINGED SCOURGE, CLEANLINESS BRINGS HEALTH, and DONALD GETS DRAFTED, though.
Is HELL'S BELLS a WWII cartoon too? I don't think the Hayes office normally let companies get away putting the word "Hell" into cartoons eccept durring WWII, when they relaxed their standards a bit.

HELL'S BELL'S is a "Silly Symphonies" cartoon and was released in Oct. of 1929...The Cartoon takes place in "Hell" and the main character is Satan, this film does not have any refrences towards WW1 or WW2, but instead has little demons dancing in hell.

Sounds Cool
Thank's Nelson. I didn't even know when it was made, so I just assumed it was from WWII. I don't see why demons are bad, it can't be worse than "Pluto's Judgement Day" with those demon kitties.

That was too easy. I chose Donald Gets Drafted, all because I have not seen any of the others on the list.
And besides, when will Disney loosen up and finally show Der Fuerher's Face? I can only hear the old Spike Jones version on audiotape!
