Hey guys I'm working on a new JL fan-fic for the website "Sidekick Street". The story stars JL members: Green Lantern, Hawkgirl, The Flash, and Superman. I want this story to focus on The Flash more and his background and lifestyle. So out of 3 rouges from Flash's gallery should I use??? I want his fan-fic to be up to the readers so you guys can pick the villains. I hope you enjoy the story when it's finish :D

P.S: Does anyone know where I can get some good bios on The Flash and his villains and supporting characters?

Ok, lemme see for villians, To get into Flash's real character use Cobalt Blue. He's actually a Barry Allen villain but since Wally in JL is the first Flash, He would work

Otherwise, Captain Cold, Mirror Master or Trickster would be nice.
