With the series still in devolpment do you think they will have mentors for our teen heroes??? If so who should mentor them???

I really think they will put Nightwing in the series to please Nighwting and Titans fans. I hope they put Nightwing in the series with Barbara or Wally.

That would be kind of cool, but I think that Robin is supposed to be Dick Grayson...so that probably wouldn't work.

If they're trying to put the original five into the series, that'll be fine. But I perfer Nightwing to be the leader more than Robin, so I'm kind of caught in the middle here.

I take it back, after seeing the "Teen Titans Update" thread or whatever it's called, I'm not sure if Robin will be Dick Grayson...gosh, I'm so confused...anybody know who Robin will be?

I think we'll never see The original 5 for one reason...

Wonder Woman and The Flash

Wally is already The Flash in the animated world and Wonder Woman is a rookie so Wondergirl would be to rushing it if you ask me, and Green Arrow ever appeared in the animted universe so there's on Speedy. Robin (Dick Grayson) was always the leader of The Teen Titans in the comics and is the leader of The Titans as Nightwing. I guess the produces of the show wanted to make it in continunity with Batman, Superman, Justice League, and Static so they made Tim Drake as Robin. I wouldn't be surpised if Nightwing and Flash (Wally West) might appear in a epsiode or two just to please the comic based fans. Having Nighwting leading the team would be odd cause I see Robin leading The Teen Titans not The Titans. Remember the word Teen. Is Nightwing a Teen? No so the Tim Drake verison of Robin is fine with me cause it's not The Titans, it's The Teen Titans. Now an Young Justice cartoon is another story :p

Tim Drake as Robin leading the Teens?!

Yay! Drake would be great! I hope that would be the prosedure of the show. Nightwing really should have a couple of episode appearences. I hope that will go well.

I think working in a "Nightwing as a tutor to the Titans" concept would greatly develop all of the characters, for reasons explained in the talkback thread for the initial press release.

I guess they will be changing Tim/Robin's personality from how he appeared on TNBA. I mean I liked him and all, but he was a little immature, and not the type who be out leading a group of heroes.

Cause Tim was atleast 12 years old, I think Tim will be more mature like he was in Static Shock.

Oh definitely. Tim will be more like his comic self than his TNBSA self in the Teen Titans. It'd just go smoother. But I dunno about the Nightwing as mentor thing. I got like 4+ boards to check, involvment in the JL, adult Titans stuff....I'm just swamped these days. :p

Okay contrary to popular belief I DID offer an opinion there, albeit in a sarcastic and stupid manner. I'd rather have Nightwing involved in Nightwing projects that he's native to, not just in a project cuz we wanna see him. I want him to be in character and setting and all. But if he were to be in an episode here or there to help give Tim someone to talk to when he needed it I am SO all for it.

nightwing as a big brother type would be awesome. It would be funny to see how he reacts, and nice to see him in a cold/dry humor "batman" athoritive figure too, to help develop his independent character.
