Need help! question about animation cels...

ok this is KIND of a dorky question.. but i make animation cels and since i was 11 years old i always used a ultra fine point permanent marker to ink in my cells.. now i KNOW thats the WRONG kind of pen to use to ink a cell, so whats the right kind? i mean, i know you would not be able to find one at a regular art store, but does ANYONE out there know of a site where i can purchase one or store or just ANYTHING ANYWHERE were i can get one? PLEAEEEAAASSSEEE!!!! this means alot.. lol thanks!!

See if there is a local college offering animation courses - if so, there's gotta be a supply store nearby
