Okay, so my bud and I were going to Wal-Mart to pick up some CDs and my bud gets pulled over for speeding. Being the random guy that he is, when the cop walks up to my bud's window, my bud waves his hand in a jedi fashion and says "these are not the droids you are looking for"
The cop just started busting up and let us go!

Anybody else done anything weird to get out of ticket before?

I have never been pulled over. How this is so, I have no clue, since my right foot is a piece of lead. Also, a little thing called radar detectors work wonders. ;) ;)

The fact that such weak-minded people are allowed to be cops is kind of surprising.

Perhaps, but he hasn't let me in on his secret if he is, I wish I could do that.

I would call it being lucky. It could of easily gone the other way.

omg, that is the coolest thing I've ever heard! How majorly amusing. One, you were lucky that the guy likes Star Wars and understood your friend, and two, you were lucky he was in a good mood as well. Another cop might have just looked at you funny and given a ticket. But hey, I bet he never got that kind of response before, so he just had to let you go.

How very strange. This makes me want to go and check my city's police department for morons, high school dropouts and others who are missing at least 15% of their total brain matter.

Hey Carnage, that's awesome! I've only got in trouble with the cops once, and it was for a speeding ticket I knew I couldn't talk my way out of so I just accepted my fate. Let this be a lesson to you - next time you choose to speed, wear something with a plunging neckline.

That is the best story ever! You were so lucky, I was the random friend in the car once, but the cops didn't think I was funny, though admittedly I didn't try that one, Next time I'm in the passenger seat of a pulled over car, I just may.

It is not as easy as you think to make a weird remark to a cop. Some people might not be willing to.
