Howdy,

Swiped from COMICON.com's PULSE article about "Metamorphosis" Pt. 1 (http://www.comicon.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=36&t=000225):


Those of you who think Metamorpho just isn't enough and that the JL needs a few more guest stars, no worries! Fogel promised, "Look for Aquaman, Sgt. Rock, The Blackhawks, Darkseid, Orion & The New Gods, Dr. Fate, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor in upcoming Justice League episodes."

Not many new names in there, but I think quite a few people on the board will be happy to see Lois on the list. Hopefully Dana Delany will be able to take the time out of her new show to do the Lois voice work.

There are MINOR SPOILERS in the article I linked to above, so click at your spoilerless peril!

Well it was reported before that Dana Delany will be providing a voice for season 2, but they never specified that she was playing Lois again. Looks like she is :)

Despite Timm's explanation as to why she can't be a reoccuring character on the series, I have to disagree! She brings life to Superman and Clark that defines, at least in part, who he really is. Miss her, love her...now don't cheap out on us and give her only throw away lines!!! It's LOIS!!! She likes Clark, loves Superman, and has yet to appear in the aftermath of "Legacy". Be nice to us - address it, and address it well!!!

I bet Lois and Clark will be an "item" now in the episode feauting her. It's just the natural progression of the characters, just like Luthor is now a mad scientist/super villian. Agree?

Whoa, there are some MAJOR things we are missing between "Legacy" and "Secret Origins"...

But that is some interesting news, DarkLantern. Thanks for the little tidbit! But the thing about Lois knowing Superman is Clark, you might wanna put that in spoilers because some people might get mad when they read it...

Wow that is big but then.

Why was he in his appartment as clark, i was hoping for another reason as to why he got their trust back, maybe another invasion by Darkseid and he says before everyone what happend

Actually, I don't know if this is a spoiler or not. I actually said "What would you say if she knew?", not, "She definitely knows."

I posted the question up here to get your feedback, as this was a question that was bouncing around the production team for a little while (should she know or not?). I haven't heard what they decided... yet. We'll have to wait for the episode to be sure...

Sorry for any confusion I have caused. I'll have to word my posts a little more carefully next time...

I'm not sure, but I think the Lantern Corps are also supposed to come back for a second serving.

Correct. Check out the Watchtower for more information on who's confirmed to show up.

Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon make a brief background cameo in part one of "The Savage Time." Don't blink, or you might miss them.

I'm glad to hear about all the upcoming guest appearances, and very much look forward to them.

But I ask again the question that someone else asked earlier: "Where is the Joker on that list?" Is he not going to appear in Season 2? :( You can't have Superman without Lex Luthor; and you can't have Batman without Joker!

The Joker will indeed be showing up again, as will the Injustice Gang, Eclipso, “Amazo”, Brainiac and others…

Mr. Fogel was just mentioning a sampling of guest stars. We can’t (and shouldn't) expect him to list them all.

Is Brainiac gonna have an ep centred around him?

And TOTG looks to be packed, New gods, Orion, Lois Darkseid.

But are the Secret society still in it, or are we gonna have a legacy follow up, with supes taking on Darkseid.

I don't understand your first question. If you mean: "Is Brainiac the only villain in the episode?", then no. He is a major threat of the episode though.

TOTG is definitely packed, but who said Lois will be in that episode?

"Secret Society" is used interchangably with "Injustice Gang" -- so yes they will reappear in Season 2. They are not in the TOTG episode though and Darksied is not linked to the group -- despite what the two-year old JL press release stated.

This episode makes a reference to Legacy, and the episode has a focus on Superman. While I won't reveal details of the battles, I think it's safe to say that Darkseid's first encounter with the JL in part one is something that no one will expect.

i wouldn't say the secret society & the injustice gang are used interchangably. they're entirely different groups of villains (save for one).

The Injustice Gang's coming back? YES! Without giving too much away (it wouldn't be fair to either of you), will the roster be the same or will there be some new recruits?

I'm hoping Star Sapphire comes back -- I want to see if she has a history with Green Lantern.

Great news!!!

I really excited for YTV to get through the first season and start into the second. I also expecially thrilled to see that Lois isn't going to be thrown in as an afterthought in the whole Darkseid continuing saga. She and Clark are worthy of their own arc, without some big monster/villains stealing their well-deserved spotlight. I mean come on - they didn't even get to hook up in their own series, for pity's sake! I'm expecting some major romance...and I mean major!

I'm sure the premiere will be crowded, and while I'm happy to see S:TAS and B:TAS guys and gals alike, I'm still concerned that the main heroes aren't getting enough development. "Paradise Lost" did not quench my thirst for quality animated Wonder Woman material...probably because it wasn't as good as it could have been. Well, in looking back, I understand why changes were made and such, but still...blatant differences in art between the two parts, and some really sad voice acting at times. But that aside, when on Thanagar is Hawkgirl going to reveal her past???? Chances are, after all this building up, it won't be quite as impressive as we've hoped it would be.

Still, things are looking good for Season two.
