Thank you to those who replied to my "least favorite 'racist' cartoon" thread. Now comes an easy one.
What's your favorite 'racist' cartoon? It can come from any studio and you can list more than one.
My top picks:
Coal Black & De Sebben Dwarfs (of course)
Goldilocks & The Jivin' Bears (one of Friz's best, I feel)
Uncle Tom's Cabana (Tex Avery)
Jungle Jive (Walter Lantz Swing Symphony)
Pop-Pie A La Mode (I never get tired of this one)
What are yours?
:)

Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips. I like that one a lot more than the others in the category. It's pretty violent and original.

--"Robinson Carusoe, Jr." and "Porky's Ant". I just saw those two yesterday on a PD tape while I was at my brother and sister-in-law's house babysitting, and they were a hoot. I'll also nominate a few others from the same collection--Superman in "The Eleventh Hour" and "Japoteurs", Daffy Duck in "Daffy the Commando" ("Messerschmidts! A whole mess'a Messerschmidts!"), and Betty Boop in "Rhythm on the Reservation".

Not much to share here, but...my two would be Magical Maestro (the Chinese and Afr.-Am. scenes) and Half-Pint Pygmy.
However, give Mississippi Hare and Swing Social an honorable mention.

I liked the whole tape of them that the author of this thread sent me (a zillion thanx, Bart) but my favorite was Coal Black and De Sebben Dwarves.

1. Coal Black and De Sebben Dwarfs
2. Tin Pan Alley Cats
3. You're a Sap, Mr. Jap
4. All This and Rabbit Stew
5. Which Is Witch?
6. Toyko Woes
7. The ending to Mouse Cleaning
I would like to point out, though, that some of the choices that people have listed are not, in my opinion, racist. There is nothing racist about Magical Maestro, Daffy the Commando, Mississippi Hare, Bushy Hare or the Inki cartoons. Simply using a "stereotype" does not make the cartoon racist.
I believe it is the content of the whole cartoon or the way that the stereotyped character is treated that makes the cartoon racist. Some of the jokes in Coal Black specifically ridicule the physiognomy of Black people (Queenie's lips stretching to eat bon-bons, for example), while in Bushy Hare the aborigine is simply a hunter out to get Bugs Bunny. There are no jokes in Bushy Hare about the characteristics of black people. Heck, the aborigine character doesn't even look black! He looks like a white man with a beard! The stereotypes in Bushy Hare or Mississippi Hare are no different from the stereotypes of the hillbillies in Hillbilly Hare. I don't think anyone would consider the latter film to be racist.
It is for this reason that I didn't list The Ducktators, one of my favorite cartoons, since they are ridiculing Japanese imperialists in that cartoon and not the Japanese themselves, like in Tokio Jokio.

Favourite "racist" cartoons:
Tokio Jokio - (WB) This is a just plain "mean" cartoon... but they sure drive the point home
Coal Black and De Sebben Dwarfs - (WB) Whaddya mean "racist"? This is a grand celebration of African American music and culture in the 40s!!!
Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy Of Company B (Lantz) -clumsy, but entertaining
Pickaninny Blues (Van Beuren)- Now HERE'S an ugly cartoon.....
Zula Hula (Fleischer)- Now come on, even cariactures aren't that exaggerated....
Eliza Rides Again (Terrytoons)- Uncle Tom and Liza- one my all-time favourite Terrytoons
Mother Goose Goes Hollywood (Disney) -another great underappreciated cartoon, mainly because it's only ever aired hugely edited
You're a Sap, Mr. Jap - (Famous)- And Jim Tyer just makes it better
Uncle Tom's Cabana (MGM)- Yowsah!
The Old Mill Pond - (MGM)- Southern frogs just know where it's at!!
Swing Wedding (MGM)- I don't know many other cartoons that actually simulate someone shooting heroin....
Pop-Pie A La Mode - (Famous) Salami....Salami.....Baloney!!
The Old Plantation - (MGM) :bosko:... Well, they're just toys... and toys aren't racist too, are they??

I agree with J.J. that a lot of these are not truly racist, although I noticed Lislebartman in his opening thread put the word in quotes.
Anyway, my choices of those often "considered" racist would include:
Mouse Cleaning
Part Time Pal
Half Pint Pygmy
Uncle Tom's Cabana
Inki and the Lion
Coal Black
Barber of Seville (That Woody cartoon that might be judged offensive for the Indian stereotype)

A CHINAMAN'S CHANCE
INSULTIN' THE SULTAN
COMMANDO DUCK
YOU'RE A SAP, MR. JAP
SEEIN' RED, WHITE, AND BLUE
