No FRONTIER on Sept. 15?

That's how the early grids on the listings sites are reading.

The episode that is listed as being shown in the syndicated Disney block for Sun. 9/15 is from Tamers -- "The Journey Begins."

Very hard to tell what this might mean for Frontier. Maybe they've withheld it so that ABC gets first-run rights in November?

Anway, what is Frontier about anyway? Is it better than Tamers, because I didn't really like the way they changed the direction of the show from there.

(grumble, grumble, grumble...I want to see Frontiers start already)

Anyway, Digimon Frontier is somewhat of an interesting concept so far. Five kids are taken to the Digital World by some Trailmon (Digimon Trains) after they all received a mysterious message on their cell-phones. Once there, they must find certain spirits linked to 10 Ancient Digimon which can allow them to evolve into Digimon themselves. And the reason for doing all this involves betrayl, primarily that of Cherubimon breaking away from an angelic trinity and seemingly attempting to revive an ancient evil.

I know you find out in episode 3, but that evil is Lucemon, a child/Rookie level Angel Digimon with tons of power. Sort of like the Digimon Antichrist.

I know that it sounds convoluted or stupid from the description, but this season actually is lots of fun from what I hear. In fact, much of the humor that was somewhat lost in Tamers (even though it had its own sense of humor) does somewhat return. But that does not mean that it has lost its action and surprises.....

_I_ know. I am Monarch, master of C-Band satellite prefeeds... err, I mean, time travel. I have journeyed forth one week, and have news. Digimon Season 4, also know as "Frontier", begins on Monday, September 9th. Online schedules claim "Duel with the Deva" will be running then, but they are incorrect. The premiere of Season 4, titled "All Aboard", will run then on your local UPN/ Disney Syndicated affiliate, in the block along with Buzz Lightyear, Legend of Tarzan & Recess. Check local listings right away for station & time. I am unsure at the moment if they will show new episodes all next week, but for further developments, check out http://www.tvtome.com/digimon/

Thank you, Mr. C-Band! Now this means that I have a little bit of adjusting to do in order to tape this from the beginning. (since it may be on at the same time as Zoids CC and I am trying to watch that as well)
