in courage episodes ive been seeing many of the like the dilly sez posters and like the name dillt or dil written in places like as graffiti in tonights episode on the statue of liberty part and sometimes there are just pictures of dilly like once inside the muriel and eustace's house as a photo is this a inside joke of the makers or something?

I think it's a take on the creator's name, John Dilworth :)

John R. Dilworth liks to have fun with his show. He puts pictues of himself in there (he'll be on TV with bananas in his ears, or he'll be on a poaster), or he'll write his name on something, like in Katz Hotel, Courage uses a "Dil" saw. there's a Dil reference in every episode

You'll also notice other people who work on Courage appear in some episodes as background characters. Sometimes if there is a city/urban setting, their names appear written as graffiti on the wall. :)

In the Lenny Baxter ep. for example, the Mayor is calling names and yells "Genny McCracken!"

Not only that, but it's rumored Lenny Baxter is modeled after voice-actor Roger L. Jackson (ouch! He'd be better off looking like Mojo.)

Likenesses of Craig McCracken have also sneaked into a few eps- 'Slumbering With The Enemy' and 'Criss Cross Crisis' spring to mind.

Look on the names list in Dexter's detention episode, too.

You can probably guess what names show up on the list.
