**Sorry I've been neglecting you all, but this summer has been basically the hell the school year was. God, and I posted like what, thrice? NEway, I do apologize**
Lightning struck overhead, various screams and gasps escaped from the frantic crowd.
The knight turned around and was met with a hard punch in the nose. Dropping Mila he howled in pain, and held his nose. Blood ran freely from his face.
Looking up his eyes widened at the sight of The Catwoman.
He'd never seen her for himself, apparently she had dissapeared more than ten years before.
Catty didn't waste time waiting for him to recognize her, instead she kicked him sharply in the stomach and sent him sprawling against the wall over the refreshment table.
Lightning sounded again, as she heard the subtle pounding of feet behind her.
Turning around she saw Angel standing with the look of pure confusion, or his version of it, on his face.
"He's all your's." she said stepping aside.
Angel nodded his agreement, and drew his sword.
"What are you doing tha,.." Catwoman started as she watched him rush toward the crumpled body of the fallen knight.
Raising his sword over his head, Angel sent it deep into the heart of the masked knight.
The crowd silenced itself immeadiately, stared horrified as the body fell lifeless.
"What the hell is wrong with you!" Catwoman screamed grabbing Angel and turning him around to face her. "After everything, how dare you,.." she hissed at him.
"Look." Angel said calmly, pointing towards the table, towards the disentigrating body of what he knew to be a vampire.
Catwoman's mouth fell slack, eyes widening at the spectacle.
Angel took a deep breath, then turned away, preparing to leave, he'd made his mark.
Catwoman followed him, trying to hold her composure before they were both cornered by a very angry Caprio, "What is the meaning of this?!"
"Vampire." Angel said, simultaneously shooting a grappling hook out of the open window through which his mother came through, and began to exit.
"But why Mila?" he asked confusedly.
Catwoman shrugged and followed Angel up onto the rooftop.
