Just finished up a new Batman & Robin drawing (no, I'm not talking about the dreadful movie :D ). This is my first attempt at putting the two of them in a picture together. Check it out and tell me what you think.

Hope you like it!

Oooh, as always, I love the colours. The proportions of Robin's chest are a little off, but that's not the easiest pose to draw him in; believe me, I've tried. :)

Anyhow, that's another great pic for your portfolio, YEAR ONE!

Very nicely done! I agree with Tim in that the coloring is great. And there does seem to be something a little off about Robin - either the proportions of his chest, or maybe its the location of his head. He almost looks like he's missing a neck, and I'm not sure if that's due to the chest proportions, or if maybe the head is sitting a little too low and close to his body.

Anywho, good work! Keep it up!

You seem to draw a lot of inspiration from Tim Levins' work in Gotham Adventures....

Absolutely. I still have trouble getting the hang of how to pose the characters, so I'm still at the stage where I have to use poses that I see in the comics. The Robin I drew is actually from a pose he did in Gotham Adventures #47. I hope you weren't accusing me of stealing his drawings and claiming that I came up with the concept. I've told people countless times that I lots of times draw from the comics. They still flow from a pencil that is in my hand, whether I have to look of an example or not.
