Wow, it sounds wonderful! I'll have to get it when it comes out. A good selection of music and a book full of art. Congradulations Thad!

I just recieved the "Deep Space Bass" CD from Toonami as my prize, but haven't gotten a chance to listen to it yet.

Sounds like I am going to have to get this one... if I had only been a minute faster... :D

When does it hit the stores for the rest of us?

I'm really impressed that they managed to get anything from the usually banned cartoons on there! I thought the folks at WB would do anything to avoid even mentioning them!

I'll be checking my favorite CD store for this one sometime soon. Nice to see you so happy with your prize!

I do not know about the other potential buyers on this forum in getting the new "That's All Folks!" CD, but I have been making ready to buy TWO copies the very moment I will see the new release in my favorite local record store. Yes, one copy to play constantly on my boom box or stereo system, and the other one to keep in a near mint, pristine condition on file in my collection.

Looks like Rhino Records has a hot best seller on its hands right at this moment. If successful in sales, I would not be surprised if the company makes plans for a "That's All Folks!" CD Volume 2!!!

Hey Thad - the CD is supposed to have more than just audio - it's supposed to be enhanced with some multimedia computer files - have you looked at those yet? Any comments on what's there? ;)

BTW, the BestBuy listing (http://www.bestbuy.com/mandm/ProductInfo.asp?ProdType=music&ST=11076919) for this lists it under the Genre of "Children's"...

No, there isn't any. I played the discs on my computer, and there was none.

I made some RealAudio files of some of the songs on the set. The last one is slightly spliced, due to my recording timer stopping.

Original Opening Music from "Book Revue" (http://komorowski.topcities.com/thatsallfolks/bookrevue.rm)

Daffy Duck sings "Carolina" from "Book Revue" (http://komorowski.topcities.com/thatsallfolks/bookrevue2.rm)

Bugs Bunny sings "Rocking My Dreamboat" from "Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips" (http://komorowski.topcities.com/thatsallfolks/nips.rm)

"Sweet Georgia Brown" from "The Isle of Pingo Pongo" (http://komorowski.topcities.com/thatsallfolks/pingopongo.rm)

More to come later....

Hmm... the BestBuy listing I mentioned earlier has the following quote in the description of the CD:

This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files.

Screwy, ain't it?
