Okay you know how's Batman's team (Batgirl, Nightwing, Oracle, and Robin) are called the Gotham Knights. Well what is Superman's team (Supergirl, Superboy, and Steel) called???
Is "Gotham Knights" an official team name given to them?
Anyways, it's always unofficially been "the Superman Family" since the 50's. That "family" included not just Superman's superpowered allies but Lois, Jimmy, the bottle city of Kandor, as well as the superpets, Krypto, Beppo, Streaky and Comet.
Only Krypto still exists post-Crisis, but I assume Steel, Supergirl and Superboy are considered to be part of "the Superman Family".

I don't think it's so much an official team name as just an affectionate term fans, artists and writers, etc., like to use. I know they are called the Gotham Knights alot, though it the comics most people, including myself, call them the Bat Family...and actually those within the bat Family refer to themselves as that once or twice.

I just simply refer to Batman and his allies (Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Alfred, and virtually any other close ally that ISN'T on the GCPD) as the "Bat-Team". The only times I've heard the term "Gotham Knights" used was for the comic series of the same name, and the proposed original title for TNBA. :)
