Mattel will have the rights to produce action figures of Batman, Superman, and the rest of the Justice League universe starting January, so you should expect to see new figures sometime next year.

No, there never was a Rupert Thorne figure (which would've been nice, among other things...), BUT there is supposed to be a new Hasbro 4-pack coming out before the end of the year, entitled "Puppets of Crime." It comes with a repaint of Undercover Bruce Wayne from TNBA, a Nightwing repaint, a Killer Croc repaint (from BTAS), and an all-new VENTRILOQUIST w/ SCARFACE figure!
