Huh? What are you talking about? Bandai always have one of the best dubs in North America and they always apply it to their series.

Pish-shaw  , only Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, and their Gundam serieses(?). Have you seen Betterman? Saber Marionette J-to-X? Angel Links? Brain Powered?
Bandai only gets good dubs when they feel like spending actual money on dubs. That's when you get Cowboy Bebop and Jin-Roh. Otherwise you get crap like Betterman.
Pioneer. THAT's the company that always pumps out good dubs.

And which Gundam are you talking about?
MSG was dubbed by Ocean Group.
G Gundam was dubbed by Ocean too, I think.
0080 and 0083 were dubbed by Animaze.
I consider 0080 one of the best anime dubs...ever.

I think he's talking about the G Gundam dub, which, when compared to the other Gundam series, is pretty poor.
