Yesterday, me and my family had gone to a dollar store and I found a copy of Mutt and Jeffs Wacky Western Cartoon.On it, contains Westward Whoa! It is redrawn,is it rare?

It depends...the B&W is rarer.

The original cartoon was "The Cowpunchers" which was actually a silent 1926 cartoon.

Probably in the early 1930's, it was redrawn and re-titled (with sound added)

Pietro Shakarian has donated some pictures from the redrawn version that will be added to the CZ Toon DB soon.

I have that cartoon on tape and it looks like Cinecolor because the color is really weird (faded too)

Luckily, the pictures from Pietro's copy are in much better shape since his copy has nearly full color.

I have that cartoon on PD tape. The tape also features "Jungle Jitters", one of the "Censored 11".
