Which is the best Jurassic Park film

I would have to say Jurassic Park. The original simply had the best story, and held you through to the end. I also think JP3 was the second best, and TLW the worst, cause it had the worst story, and just carried on too long.

Agree that the 1st JP remains supreme.

To me,It remains the best due to the terror and excitement it was able to create. Also the logic going into it (The lunch scene with Malcolm,Hammond,Ellie & Grant arguing about the error that Hammond has created, is actually one of my favorite moments of the film)

The 3rd film comes next because of its fast-pace, which was effective at times (unlike TLW which had this major "ho-hum" feeling to it) Another reason I liked it was due to John Williams returning theme music. TLW did'nt seem "Jurassic" at all without it.

TLW is my least favorite so far...Really, theres not much to comment on. Perhaps the only interesting thing I liked about it was that Malcolm's daughter's ethnicity was never discussed. Way to go.

I like JP1 most because it was well....ORIGINAL! You went throughthe dino thing the first time...and the T-Rex got a big role.

JP2 was okay....but the went too far on the 'scary carnivore' thing. Bah. Though Rexie going though Diego was nice....I like how T-Rex drank from the pool.

JP3 I like because they are a LOT more realistic with the dinos. I wanna be a palentologist, and I learned a thing about dinos, and one thing I DO know as a result is they described raptor society pretty well, as well as giving Pteranodons a much bigger role (even if they are not dinos). The Spinosaurus/T-Rex fight was CLASSIC!!! I have a BIG review of JP3 at the Encyclopedia Histeria message board, check it out there.

JP1 was the best, It was the first time we saw the dinos. I remember how much the T-Rex scared me and everything. The story was original, which seems to become rare nowadays. I really liked the characters too.

JP2 was pretty cool, but out of all of them, I liked this one the least. It was cool and everything, I just didn't have the same reaction I had with the first. I did like the whole thing with the T-Rex running through San Diego (I live so close to Diego also).

JP3 was second best, I loved seeing Dr. Grant in the movie again. Giving the lesser Dino a chance was pretty cool. Like BBuffoon, I loved the Spinosaurs/T-Rex fight, it was very well put together. The whole Raptor's talking to each other was interesting too.

All movie's had there moments, but JP1 was the best.:)

I'd say the original Jurassic Park. It was much cooler. And I liked the story better. I wasn't too fond of the Godzilla thing in JP2. But I didn't hated.

While the original was by far the best, I also enjoyed the other two. The Lost World was just different from the first, but not in a bad way. They had to make it different or else it wouldn't be a sequel. The third was also very enjoyable, kind of a popcorn flick. Some people look for deep meaning when they go see a movie but I go to be entertained. I enjoyed the lost world and still watch it a lot. I even bought it on DVD. But like I said, the first was the best!:)
