How tall are you?

I'll start. i'm 6'5" and all done growing.

My dad tricked me into thinking I was 6'1 - since he declare he was 6', however I have discovered I'm actually between 5' 10 and 5' 11.

I'm actually happier being 5'11. In my books it's seems a perfect height. Taller than average without looking overtall...

About 2 years ago I checked, I was 5"4. I am not sure about now, I think I am growing throught another growth spurt. *thinks* I know maybe people are lowing stuff to make me feel like I am growing so, I will have a higher self esteem!

I'm 5'4" and a 1/4, oh fun. It's a nice height, unless I'm around my brother in law and his family...he's 6'5" and his parents and sister are around that height too,lol. I think I'm all done growing at 18...but who knows, I've had random growth spurts here and there.

I stand at a decent 5'10''. I was pretty short until my senior year of high school. From the beginning to the end of the year, I grew 2 and 1/2 inches. Needless to say, I'm pretty glad I'm not a guy who's only 5'7 1/2" anymore. :)

I'm only 5'2 :( . I sometimes worry that one day I will be walking down the street, and the perfect guy for me walks by, but he doesn't notice me(not that I'm a noticable person, just your average girl), because he didn't look down :( .

I'm teetering on the edge of 5'4", but at the moment, I'm about 5'3" and 7/8". I'm sixteen, and have been this height since I was twelve...I did all my growing and voice changing by the time I was 13. :D

and, why is USA still using inches/feet/pint/gallon for measurement. it doens't make any sense. 12 inches equals 1 foot. 5,280 feet equals 1 mile. who figured that 5,280 feet equals 1 mile. i don't even know how many pints or quarts make up a gallon.

the metric system is far superior because it actually makes sense. 1000 mm = 100 cm = 1 m. everything is in multiples of 10 and all you have to do is move the decimal place. that's it. simple.

The whole world converted to metrics back in the 1970s. Even the British, who originated our system, changed over. Americans were either too stubborn or too stupid to grasp the metric system (or maybe a combo of both). The government gave up on the project, and that was it.

AKK! this is nuts I was just thinking about making a thread about this and poof! someone beats me to it.

I'm about 5''7' and 3 quarters..maybe 5''8' it's been a while since I have measured myself. I actually hate my height becuase I always wanted to play as Batman or Wolverine SOOOOOOOO bad on a movie or something and I could fit the parts 4 years or so from now if I was just a little bit taller or shorter but nope I gotta get the useless height oO. I gave up any plans to act because really it's not a safe industry financially and all the wealthy male actors are 5''11' and up, but at least it wasn't a main hobby and I never had any serious hopes. but I don't think I'm gonna grow anymore dunno though since I'm only sixteen.

I'm only 4'10". Yeah...yeah....I know I'm short. :rolleyes: But, that don't bother me. :p :D The only problem is that it's hard to find pants the right length. They're always too long. Even the petites are still long on me. Capri pants are like long pants on me. So, what I do is I buy the capri pants to act as regular long pants. I stopped growing at the age of 16. :yawn: I'm 28 now. :)

That was my height at 15 too, and I'm 17 now and 5'11 and estimated to be 6' or 6'1 but then again, I'm a slow grower, never had a big spurt, I think the most I've ever grown in a year is 2.5 inches. Have you had a huge spurt? Or has it been steady? Some kids grow until their twenties while others are fully grown in their early teens, so you'll just have to see what happens. You can always invest in some 'vator shoes.

I guess you could call going from 4' 8" to 5' 7" over 2-3 years a big spurt, considering that's more growing than I ever did.
It's actually weird though, I was always the shortest one in the family and now I'm the tallest, and I still feel short. :D

Last time I checked I was 5 and 1/2 of an inch. I'm pretty short.

It gets kind of annoying sometimes though. I've actually had people not believe me when I tell them I'm 16.
