Curtis Trent the new Tomb Raider

I think you have hear about him before.
He is the new playable charakter in Tomb Raider:The Angel of Darkness.
Now I have see screenshots from him.
He used magic and a mysterious disc with blades.
What do you think of this new charakter in a Tomb Raider Game?
Did you think that Lara better is the only charakter(playable)in the game?
Or do you like it that there is a new charakter in the game?

So what's the scoop with this new Tomb Raider game?. I'm sorry, I've been out of the video game loop for a while, and I gave up on this series after TR3.
Didn't they kill Lara off?
I remember reading a little about Angel of Darkness when it was first announced, but haven't seen anything since.

No Lara is still alive.
He is a new playable charakter,you can play him in the last part of the game.
