When many of us that do trades, what would you say like for example, "Joe's the man with the MGM cartoons go to him" so what is the one the studio that someone would tell you to see for cartoons for your much needed collection.

I'll start off first, if people want Terrytoons, then I'M "DA MAN" to come if you want the best Terrytoons classics. As in the last several months, I have obtianed well over 500 hundred Terrytoons shorts from the very begining to the very end of that studio. So you want Terrytoons, then see me.

Who's next to see who our next member is to see for that studios cartoons :D

I've got a fair collection of WB cartoons (about 600), some Fox & Crow, and some odds and ends on the way.

I don't really have anything most other TTTP members don't have right now. I'm working on it though, and having lots of fun!

I have nearly all the Warner Bros. cartoons...save for one or two that nobody cares about anyway. Yes, I even have "Injun Trouble" and "Hocus Pocus Powwow".

My collection is mostly Warner shorts... about 740 of em, which although a substantial number, I have very few if any that most collectors don't already have.

BTW - This is my 100th post to this board! And it only took almost a year and a half! :D

Most of the WB, since they are on Cartoon Network all the time, the majority of MGM shorts, about half the Disney, and slightly more than half the Popeye, the cartoons on the Cartoons that Time Forgot videos (some Iwerks and Van Beuren), and VERY weak in all other areas.

I have mostly Walter Lantz shorts. I taped them all off YTV. My collection is mainly the 40's-60's period.

I have a lot of WB cartoons, although NOWHERE near as many as the other members of this board appear to (I have a LONG way to go before I reach all 1,000+). I also have a fair amount of DFE, Disney, and MGM cartoons (sadly most of my Disney cartoons are edited).

Regarding my Lantz collection, I would kill to get my hands on the following (that I don't have, natch).... "Knock, Knock", "Fair Today", "The Loan Stranger", "Sleep Happy", "Hot Rod Huckster", "Woody Meets Davy Crewcut", "Space Mouse", "Freeloading Feline", and "Guest Who?". I didn't tape these when YTV aired them and some ("Freeloading Feline", "Fair Today", etc.) did not even air at all. SIGH!!!!
